Head Chef

We are also recruiting for a new head chef to lead the team into another succesful year-

We are a beautiful 600 year old inn with 9 bedrooms, an established and successful FoH team, excellent reviews and an enviable tourist footfall, looking for a head chef with no less than 3 years experience in a 2 rosette establishment to manage all aspects of a busy kitchen ensuring standards of food, service, compliance and team development are met. Full control of a fresh, seasonal and local menu with signature specials using local produce, game and seafood.

We offer a salary of £18-22 hr depending on experience with a strong bonus incentive and share of tips. Accommodation is available on site (available immediately) and we are looking to ‘soft open’ from 1^st March. We are ideally looking for someone to join our team on a permanent basis to grow their career and reputation with us and put down roots in the local community. The role would suit also suit a couple looking for their next challenge in the industry with other roles available as well.
