A quick thankyou make a huge difference

We were lucky enough to receive this kind feedback from a recent guest- I want to share it with the team and publicly here to let them know how proud I am of them for their continued efforts, hard work and good cheer under these very trying times:

Good evening

I did leave a trip advisor review but I wanted to send more direct feedback for you all.

I cannot thank you enough to Richard and every single member of your team for welcoming me to your inn. I’d had such a terrible time in Fowey so being welcome to your place with such kindness meant so much to me. I work in the hospitality industry so I know how difficult it can be to maintain good customer service on a daily basis. I’ve never in all of my years of visiting places had a team like yours bend over backwards to help me the way you all did. Richard, thank you so much for sorting out a dinner reservation when I stupidly hadn’t even booked a table, 

I’m normally so well organised (I even had dinner at the inn written down but did I book it no cause I’m an idiot!) You and the chef deserve the highest medals for sorting that out for me you really didn’t have to do that so it was greatly appreciated. I have already recommended you to many of my friends and family and you can certainly rely on my return stay. I’m hoping to visit next July.
